Behavioural Workshops

Hollin workshops will make you think differently about how you define behaviour, how you’re currently trying to get things done, and how you can change the environment for the better.

Online or in-person.

Hollin will work alongside you to develop a behavioural workshop that will best serve your unique team.

A half day introduction to how leaders can use the science of human behaviour to improve the effectiveness of their leadership.

The benefit of doing this workshop is that the leaders will gain an understanding of how the environment they create for their staff reflects in the performance of that group. By changing the environment, you can get better results.

This is about pivoting from the 20th century workplace coercion approach to a collaborative ‘how to get the best out of your team’ approach.

  • Behavioural Coaching Workshop

A half day introduction to behavioural coaching, gives you the skills to be deliberate and effective with your coaching. A coaching culture is proven to develop more profit. Higher retention and greater staff wellbeing. We have created a behavioural coaching course to teach staff in companies how to create and move to a ‘coaching culture’. Our courses show the work environment effects behaviour more than personality and life history. It’s not that people change who they are in different environments, it’s that their behaviour does.
