Hollin programmes produce graduates who can use BMT techniques to make improvements and advise others. In depth classroom-based learning programs, online coursework with coaching on demand. 8–16-week programmes of one-day modules.

 

This is a multi-module training programme that covers the fundamentals of applied behaviour analysis, and how to use behavioural science to get measurable improvements in your workplace. This is not a ’spray and pray’ training course, the impact our courses have is measurable and proven with data.

Each part of the programme is delivered by one of our trained specialists, who provide on-demand coaching, interactive feedback and web-based course work. 

When staff make incremental changes in behaviour and performance, and this aggregates across a company, the impact is huge.

Each graduate from a Hollin programme will be able to author, deliver, and report on their own Behavioural Improvement Plan (BIP).
